Neighbours Demand Venue Honour 10.30 PM Agreement to Curb Late-Night Disturbances

Residents living near the Bandstand in Kelvingrove Park have expressed growing frustration over live music performances and associated noise extending past the agreed 10.30 pm cut-off time.
While the venue’s licence allows performances until 11pm, locals insist that prior agreements with the community promised an earlier end at 10.30pm to avoid late-night disturbances.
“People are sitting in their flat thinking it’s all going to end at 10.30, and then it stretches to quarter to 11,” said one resident. “That’s when the complaints start piling up.”
